P90X Results
Results are in.
Knees never hurt (even without braces) – click a couple times of day when working out. Wrists no pain, click occasionally. Neck was healed 100% for about 3 weeks – then some guy in jiujitsu class tweaked it and it was hurting. Then I did some pull-ups 3 days later, aggravating it and causing severe spasms – I’m about in as much pain as I’ve ever had with it. Stupid neck. At least I know I can heal it.
As for P90X – I’m in love. I’m trading up for a strength and size building program next, but P90X has really changed my lifestyle and was really educational. It was a great starting point. I’ll continue to follow the diet and do the yoga, ab, stretching, and warm-up/cool-down routines. I hope I can continue the trend for years to come. If anyone wants the nutritional guides or anything, let me know I’m happy to share. The program did get harder to stay up on as it’s physically demanding and requires you workout 6 days a week. “90 days” ended up being more like 105 days.
Anyways, here are pictures. I didn’t plan on publishing my before pictures…so please excuse weird clothes, messy apartment, etc. I still have a ways to go, but the difference is significant. Not bad for a few months of effort.
